Yes. Parking is free: every apartment has its own space in the private parking at the residence. There is also an EV charging point in the garage — let us know in advance if you need it.

Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Late check-out can be requested in advance and depends on availability. Entry is keyless: you get a personal door code before arrival. Please send us your arrival time and passport or ID details beforehand — registration is required by Cyprus law.

Our booking rules do not allow pets.

We do not sell transfers on the website. Send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we will advise the easiest way to get here. Both Larnaca and Paphos airports have taxis, car rental and shuttle buses to Limassol, and parking at the residence is free.

Larnaca Airport (LCA) is about 70 km away — around 50 minutes by car on the motorway. Paphos Airport (PFO) is about 60 km — around 45 minutes.

When you book online on our website, you pay the full amount on the secure booking page. If you cancel 5 days or more before arrival, 50% of the accommodation cost is refunded; later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Bookings made on Booking.com, Airbnb and other platforms follow that platform's terms.

Yes. Booking directly is 15–20% cheaper than Booking.com and Airbnb. Long stays get extra discounts: −5% from two weeks, −10% from a month — message us your dates on WhatsApp.

Yes, families are welcome. A baby cot is available on request — please arrange it before check-in. Two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

Akti Olympion Beach is a two-minute walk. Restaurants, cafés and the seafront promenade are within 50 m.

Smoking (including vapes) is not allowed inside the apartments. It is allowed only on the verandas, using the ashtrays provided.

Yes, free Wi-Fi in every apartment.
